My small group Pilates classes are designed to help women move better, feel stronger and build long-lasting resilience, especially during life stages that significantly impact physical and emotional wellbeing such as post-natal recovery, peri-menopause and menopause.

I teach from standing, not laying down on my own mat. This allows me to watch every client, offer hands on correction, ensure safe, effective movement patterns and help build confidence through clear, practical support.

Although my classes are mixed ability, every client receives individual correction and alternatives suited to their level, confidence and needs. This ensures that beginners feel safe and supported, whilst the more experienced participants can continue to progress.

Please bring your own mat. These are not provided.

Mondays, every week

18:30 – 19:30 PM

Alderwasley Village Hall

£10 per class via monthly subscription. (recommended as guarantees a place in the class and is the best way to feel the benefits of attending)
